How do you ensure vinyl records are protected during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty cardboard mailers with internal padding to prevent corner dings and ring wear. For high-value or vintage items, we also offer the option to ship the record outside the sleeve to avoid seam splits.
What is the difference between the various vinyl conditions listed?
We follow the Goldmine Standard for grading. 'Mint' is factory sealed, 'Near Mint' is played but flawless, 'Very Good Plus' may have minor surface marks that don't affect play, and 'Very Good' shows visible wear but plays without skips.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.
What is your return policy for opened media?
Opened records and CDs can only be returned if they are found to be defective or warped. If you experience a playback issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.
Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?
You can cancel a pre-order any time before the official release date for a full refund. To modify the items in your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible before the shipping notification is sent.
